Youth Outreach ObjectiveStrengthen the Interpersonal competencies of youth K-5th grade, 6-8th grade, and 9-12th grade by giving them a quality etiquette education to deal with themselves positively, including their thoughts and emotions. We do this with an understanding of the developmental milestones of each age group so that we can better equip them with positive beliefs and life skills needed to benefit them socially and personally. Strengthen Interpersonal competencies by increasing their knowledge, skills, and attitudes toward other people, institutions, or social structures with the power of etiquette and civility.

Peerless Etiquette - Self Esteem developmentPeerless Etiquette understands that grade school students are struggling with industry vs inferiority which is why it's the perfect time to give them an etiquette education. As an etiquette education increases a child's self-esteem tenfold. Peerless Etiquette gives youth a bar to measure whether or not relationships they currently have are positive or negative, while giving them the etiquette training needed to guide their responses. Peerless Etiquette helps teens choose to treat themselves better and treat others better. Peerless Etiquette increases the chances of a teen speaking up for themselves and others. Peerless Etiquette gives guidance, which increases self-esteem; without shame. As a result, teens who receive an etiquette education from Peerless Etiquette are more confident, self-assured, and respectful. Even when they make a mistake, they have the confidence and self-assurance to correct that mistake based on their knowledge of proper etiquette and receiving empathy not shame. When provided with a quality Etiquette Education from Peerless Etiquette youth are accepted as they are and provided with tools to use when they need them.

At Peerless Etiquette, we offer the highest quality youth etiquette experience to inspire global citizens through an innovative and creative etiquette program designed to bring out the best in our young people. Our classes are as unique as the individuals taking the course. In my classes, no one is perfect, myself included; in my classes, no one has all the answers, but we partner to find the answers together.

How does Peerless Etiquette approach etiquette training for children and teens?At Peerless Etiquette, we believe that teaching children and teens the importance of proper etiquette is crucial for their personal and professional development. Our approach is tailored to the age group and individual needs of each student. For children, we focus on basic manners such as saying "please" and "thank you," table manners, and social skills like introducing oneself and making small talk. We use interactive games and activities to make learning engaging and fun. For teens, we expand on the basics and cover topics such as appropriate dress and grooming, social media etiquette, and job interview skills. Our goal is to help teens become confident and professional individuals who can navigate any social or professional setting with ease. To become certified you must pass a level two background screening, and complete the application process which includes 3 letters of recommendation. We accept 5 applicants per month, there is a certain quality Peerless Etiquette is known for that we wish to preserve. Our goal isn't to quickly certify as many people as possible, our goal is to set our students up for success for a lifetime.

Once your application has been submitted, and you have been accepted into the program you will receive your welcome package via the address provided.

How old must I be to become a certified Etiquette Consultant?To become a certified etiquette instructor you must be 18 years old to become certified in youth etiquette and corporate etiquette. Must be 21 or older to be certified in Adult Etiquette as it includes a wine course.

What is an ambassador of civilityAt Peerless Etiquette, we offer the highest quality youth etiquette experience to inspire global citizens through an innovative and creative etiquette program designed to bring out the best in our young people. Ambassadors of civility are individuals, organizations, and corporations who sponsor Peerless Etiquette to enrich the lives of young people to our various etiquette events. Our goal isn't merely to teach etiquette and foster the ideals of civility and kindness. Our goal is to empower children, teens, adults, and corporations so they can empower our communities, our country, and by extension, our world. If you would like to become a Peerless Etiquette Ambassador of Civility, you can sponsor a school, nonprofit organization, or classroom. As an Ambassador of Civility, we will add your name to our list of sponsors, and you will be eligible to receive the Ambassador of Civility of Award.

How can I partner with Peerless Etiquette for my organization?Thank you for your interests in partnering with Peerless Etiquette. We work with children from the age of 3-17 years old and each age groups curriculum is slightly different. Depending on the age group you want us to work with you will need to first fill out a request for proposal by clicking here. Once you fill out the proposal request you will be contacted. There are 4 things you will need to work with us: A complete application form A budget or funding source for our services A cohort of 6-24 youth A set time and schedule A location to conduct courses

Does peerless Etiquette offer Training and workshops for boys and girls?Yes, we offer etiquette training for boys and girls; parents, mentoring groups, schools, and youth organizations can book courses for specific genders. Our curriculums were created to support both girls and boys.
